Welcome to Hargo Industries. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services (“Services”). By placing an order, making an inquiry, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Hargo Industries ("we," "our," or "us") is a Pakistan-based apparel manufacturing and global supply company, specializing in custom sportswear, private label apparel, and high-performance gear.
• All orders are subject to written confirmation.
• Orders will be considered final only after deposit payment and receipt of all specifications.
• Any changes after confirmation may affect pricing, timelines, or both.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• All prices are quoted in USD; however, clients can pay in their local currency after conversion.
• A 100% deposit is required to begin production. Balance is due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• Delayed payments may impact lead times or cancel the order.
• Prices are exclusive of duties, taxes, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfers into either our business account (business to business) or personal account (personal to personal), or Western Union.
• Production time depends on the quantity of the order. For orders of 100 or fewer units, the production time is 2 to 3 days, including test print approval.
• We provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation and strive to always meet it.
• Shipping is handled and paid for by us for orders of 20 units or more. For smaller orders, clients must cover shipping costs.
• We provide tracking numbers and all relevant shipment details once the products are dispatched.
• We guarantee that faulty or incorrect products due to our error will be remade and delivered at no cost to the client.
• Returns are not accepted unless there is a verified defect or discrepancy from approved samples.
• Claims for defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• If the error is proven to be our fault, we will cover all costs related to fixing and shipping the corrected products.
• If the error is due to the client or mutual, we will discuss a fair solution to resolve the issue.
• All brand assets, product designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Hargo Industries and may not be used without written permission.
• Customers affirm they have full rights to use any logos, artwork, or design specifications they provide.
• We assume no liability for copyright or trademark infringement caused by client-provided content.
• We may use the designs we create for one client in future projects, provided the logo and other proprietary content are removed. However, if requested, we will keep designs exclusive for that client.
• While we strive for excellence and reliability in all our services, Hargo Industries shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or business interruptions) arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the misuse of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that order.
• We shall not be held responsible for any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized alteration of our products by the client or third parties.
• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the content (logos, text, graphics) they provide does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We assume no liability for copyright, trademark, or regulatory violations caused by client-provided material.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hargo Industries, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from misuse of products, unauthorized use of our intellectual property, or content provided by the client.
We respect your privacy. Any information shared with us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, in line with Pakistani data protection laws and, where applicable, international standards (e.g., GDPR for EU-based clients).
• We aim to resolve all issues amicably and professionally. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution through direct communication.
• If unresolved, the matter may be submitted to mediation before any formal legal proceedings begin.
• For international clients, we are open to mutually agreed dispute resolution forums. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be governed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.

We provide a full range of services from sample making, marking, grading, stitching and shipping. No order is too big or too small.
